As a conference guest, you are able to take advantage of the discounted rate of $125 per night (based on double occupancy). This rate applies to the conference dates of April 10-12, and is also extended to you for up to three days both before and after the conference (Please note: special rates are only guaranteed until March 10, 2008).

Which airport is closest to the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel?
The Toronto Pearson International Airport.
Is transportation provided between the airport, hotels, and the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel?
TLCWCC does not provide transportation. A complimentary shuttle is provided to/from the airport to the DoubleTree International Plaza Hotel.
Registration
How do I complete an online registration?

When will I receive confirmation of my registration?
If you register online, you will receive a confirmation of registration within an hour. If you register via fax, mail, or phone, an electronic letter of confirmation will be e-mailed within 2 business days. If no e-mail address is provided to us, a mail confirmation letter will be posted within 2 business days.
Are registrant names and COMPASS/TOOL selections required when I register?
No, however, COMPASS and TOOL Sessions are available on a first come first serve basis. To receive an additional 5% discount on your registrations, registering online with full delegate information is required.
When are the names required?
Please submit names by Friday, March 21, 2008.
After I have registered and I have names to add to the conference, can I do this online?
No.You can submit these names by e-mail, fax, mail or by contacting a Customer Service Representative at 800.804.0777. **Please do not resubmit information that we may already have for other delegates**
Can I share a registration?
No.
Can our church qualify for the Group Rate if registration is not done at the same time?
To qualify for the current Group Rate, all registrations must be submitted together and paid by a sole method of payment. If the number of (non-group) registrations from your church accumulates to qualify for a Group Rate, only the ADDITIONAL attendees will be registered at the current Group Rate. In this situation, registrations must be processed by calling a Customer Service Representative at 800.804.0777.
What time does the registration open at the event?
Registration opens at 6 pm on Thursday April 10, 2008.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation fee is $25/person. Refunds are granted until 2 days prior to the conference. When a registration is made, TLCWCC begins to prepare a spot for our guest - conference materials are printed, food ordered, etc. The $25 fee per cancelled registration helps to offset administration costs.
What if I'm taking someone's place at the conference?
Substitutions can be made by calling a Customer Service Representative at 800.804.0777 until noon Friday, April 4, 2008 (PST). After this date, pick up the original delegates name tag on-site at Registration and proceed to Registration Solutions where a new nametag will be created for you.

What is the difference between a COMPASS and a TOOL session?
COMPASS Sessions are designed to be holistic examples of church direction. These sessions are a unique opportunity for every member of your team to be involved in defining or refining your churches unique direction.
TOOL Sessions are classic ministry specific breakout sessions. They include leadership, arts, group life (small groups), student ministry, spiritual formation, children’s ministries, social justice, evangelism, business leaders, family ministry and Natural Church Development.
When should I choose my COMPASS and TOOL sessions?
COMPASS and TOOL selections should be chosen as soon as possible since availability may be limited and can quickly fill to capacity. The deadline for session preference is Friday, March 21, 2008. After the cutoff date, you are automatically assigned to a default COMPASS session. Pending availability, you may change your COMPASS and TOOL selections during the conference at the “Interchange” area.
How do I change a COMPASS and/or TOOL choice?
Pending availability, selections may be changed by calling a Customer Service Representative at 800.804.0777 by Friday, April 4, 2008 or at the conference at the “Interchange” area.
Can I be placed on a waiting list for a COMPASS and/or TOOL session?

Does the price for the conference include meals?
Meals are not included in the purchase price; however, a boxed lunch is included for those who register for an
EXCHANGE Session (optional session). This lunch is only provided on Saturday, April 12, 2008.
Who qualifies for the Student Rate?
High school, college and seminary students are eligible for the Student Rate.
Student pricing is further subsidized to $149 for the first 100 full-time student registrants. Call a Customer Service Representative at 800.804.0777 to see if you qualify for this reduced rate.

Can I bring my child or nursing infant to the conference?
While families are very important to us, children (except for nursing infants) will not be allowed into any of the sessions, nor are there any nursery facilities available. The NOVA Experience is designed to be an adult training event.
Is the seating reserved or is it general admission?
All registrations for the event are general admission, therefore, we advise you to arrive early to get the best possible seat.
