We are offering a process that will help you build a plan customized to your church. Call it strategy, direction, or mission fulfillment; the five facets of NOVA will help your team define or refine your unique purpose.

	SOUL Sessions - Encouragement, imagination and inspiration from the main stage for every member of your team. The four SOUL Sessions will help set your mind, soul and spirit so you can receive more of what God has in store.
	COMPASS Sessions - Designed for your entire team to attend together. These sessions will help you define and refine a unified direction.
	TOOL Sessions - Over 50 practical, ministry specific sessions including leadership, arts, group life (small groups), student ministry, spiritual formation and more.
	TEAM Session - Ask questions. Debate. Struggle. Challenge. TEAM Session is an opportunity to continue getting input (and therefore ownership) from your team.
	EXCHANGE Sessions - A time to get up close and personal, EXCHANGE Sessions are small gatherings with many of the event’s presenters and your like-minded peers. Participate in conversations with someone who has been there, and allow their experience to help refine your direction, and talk to other churches to see what they are up to.

Upon leaving The NOVA Experience, each team member will be envisioned, equipped and encouraged to begin implementing their learnings. Each team will have developed an implementation plan that will enable them to apply each person’s efforts in order to make more Kingdom impact.

The NOVA Experience is a challenge like no other. We are extending this challenge to each church.
