Offered by some of today’s best thinkers, the sixteen COMPASS Sessions (eight sessions repeated) envision your entire team through innovative examples of holistic church direction. Sessions may hold brand new concepts for your church team, or may be an extension or refinement of an existing one. Together you will explore opportunities to cohesively align your team to a common mission. |
COMPASS and TOOL Sessions run concurrently. There are four session opportunities to choose from each; two in the morning (A & B) and two in the afternoon (C & D). Review the list within each to see which combination will help you achieve your goals.
Attend the COMPASS Session that speaks best to your church’s vision and purpose. Then select TOOL Sessions that complement or target specific ministry needs.

Joseph Myers
Entrepreneur, speaker and author of The Search to Belong and Organic Community
In the right context, people can build relationships in an organic way, naturally connecting into community. Increasingly, we find that community can’t be forced, controlled, or easily created. How can churches develop environments where community will spontaneously emerge?

Leonard Sweet
Historian, futurist, father and author of 30 books, most recently The Gospel According to Starbucks
Christianity is being shaken into its true form, forcing it to defrag, dig deep and return to its original “MRI” operating system; missional, relational, and incarnational. The cutting edge of what the Spirit is up to is not “come and gather churches”, but “as you go out churches”. Not an “in here church”, but an “out there church”.
