Session Description

We are all too aware that Sunday comes every seven days. Many of us feel ready to collapse under the unrelenting pressure to put on innovative and powerful services week after week. Driven by limitless possibilities and a passion for providing people with a meaningful experience of God, the expectations we put on ourselves can be unhealthy and unproductive over the long term. Is it possible to escape the “tyranny of the urgent”? What is the key to being able to consistently deliver high quality, cutting-edge services, without burning out volunteers, staff, and yourself?
