Session Description
Help the groups in your Group Life Ministries define purpose, values and ground rules! This session will be an introduction into the revolutionary DVD-based training tool (and participant’s guide) ReGroup, featuring Henry Cloud, Bill Donahue and John Townsend. Together they help you guide a new or existing group through a flexible, interactive process designed to train not only the leader, but the group as well.
Wendy Seidman
Wendy is Executive Director of Content Development/Training for the Willow Creek Association (WCA). She is responsible for the quality of the content delivered in workshops, conference breakout sessions, conference main sessions and regional training events that the WCA produces in the U.S. She is also responsible for the quality of WCA training products such as: Network; Becoming a Contagious Christian; Good Sense Budget Course; Good Sense Counselor Training; and the An Ordinary Day with Jesus course. She has been with the WCA since 1991, and prior to that, she worked for Shell Oil Company in the Training and Development area. She has a Masters of Religious Education from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a B.S. from Indiana University.
