Session Description
As a ministry leader in your local church, leading people through change is potentially the most important (and difficult) leadership task you face. Too often we concentrate our change initiatives on externals like; casting vision, clarifying direction, and coordinating strategy. Have you ever considered what is going on in the mind and heart of a participant during the change process? Where do things like push-back or buy-in come from? As a leader in ministry, what can you do to shepherd people through change in a way where they are helped more than hurt? During this TOOL Session we will focus on the individual in our communities and talk about how we can sensitively and effectively move people in the direction we feel God is leading us to go. ![]() Ben Lockyer A human relations grad, Ben’s job is to see people capitalize on the gift of the relationships in their lives to grow spiritually.
