Carol Bell
Carol joined the staff team of Grandview Church in Kitchener, Ontario in 2001. She has a background in Early Childhood Education, administration and music. Carol's many years of serving as a volunteer in church ministries have given her a heart to build healthy teams of gifted children's workers to impact kids for Jesus. She has successfully transitioned the church through a traditional Sunday School class model to a more creative and relational model of large group teaching with small group shepherding groups, with consistent, weekly leaders of these groups. She is in the process of moving into a role of developing and overseeing serving throughout all ministries of Grandview.

We need to connect with children relationally so we can join God in his work of building them into believers. This training theme is designed to help children’s small group leaders bond with their group, establish guidelines, and get every child to participate. When a leader knows how to adjust the climate in these areas, small group dynamics can produce life change in children.
