Call for Volunteers
The NOVA Experience is an exciting new event presented by The Leadership Centre Willow Creek Canada. We surveyed over 1,500 church leaders, had dozens of meetings and discussions with hundreds of church leaders. We were able to get the pulse of what is happening in and through churches across Canada. As a result, The NOVA Experience was born. It will be unlike any other conference presented before. It is nothing less than a challenge; a challenge to embrace progress and a challenge to gather momentum. A challenge to make a Kingdom impact through the revelation, wisdom and resources God has entrusted to you.

Our Ministry Challenge
As a ministry we are blessed with a conference team but by no means is this team large enough to host an event of this magnitude. Our model of ministry is to equip and empower local volunteers to join us in hosting conferences. Our events just wouldn’t happen without the faithful, gifted and servant-hearted volunteers. We hold volunteers in high regard and often hear that the conference experience is not only a blessing to our guests but also to the volunteers who serve them.

A Challenge for You
We need your help to form a volunteer team to serve churches and church leaders. We offer a variety of volunteer roles and flexible times to allow you to serve on your schedule. You can serve for one session, one day or for the entire event; your choice. As part of the volunteer team we will offer you meals and refreshment breaks during the hours you are serving. If seating permits, we will also offer a ticket to Friday evening’s worship experience featuring Starfield. Know also that we will cover the cost of your on-site parking at the hotel. We do want you to understand that offering to serve isn’t a free ticket to the event. If you feel called to attend the event we ask that you register and fully engage as a participant. Likewise, if you are called to serve, we would encourage you to fully engage with the volunteer team. We know the experience will be enjoyable and meaningful as we serve the Church together.

We need volunteers in many different areas and roles: resources, security, registration, ushers, parking lot, information, speaker liaisons, drivers, prayer team, and technical support. See the full list on the Sign-up Page.
